Assalamualaikum, halo guys perkenalkan nama saya Farhan Hafizh A. Hari ini kita akan membahas tentang describre a person.

A. VOCABULARY

1. Vocabulary Question Word (Kata tanya)

Question words atau kata tanya sering disebut juga dengan istilah WH- questions. Seperti namanya, fungsi utama kata ini yaitu untuk bertanya. Question words bisa digunakan digunakan untuk menanyakan sifat, waktu, tempat, orang, dan lain sebagainya.

Contoh:

What (apa), wherev(dimana), when (kapan).

2. Pronoun (Kata ganti)

Pronoun atau kata ganti merupakan kata yang digunakan untuk merujuk kepada seseorang atau sesuatu. Pronoun bisa juga digunakan untuk merujuk pada kata benda yang tidak perlu disebutkan namanya secara spesifik.

Contoh:

You (kamu), they (mereka,kami), we (kami), dia perempuan (she).

3. Verb (Kata kerja)

Kata kerja atau verb merupakan kata yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan suatu tindakan, kejadian, peristiwa atau proses adanya suatu hal.

Contoh:

Accept (menerima), add (menambahkan), bring (membawa), cook (memasak)

B. WORD ORDER

Word Order Subject + Verb + Object :

• Linda ate 2 cookies last night.

• I hate Eddy.

• Kiki ia playing football

• She bought a new car

• Siska plays piano

• Our headmaster calls you.

• Ani buys Shinchan comic books

• We will reveal the truth.

• We will watch that movie

• That boy throw his bottle.

C. SAMPLE

My Sister

I have an older sister. Her name is Anisa Rahayu. I call her ‘Kak Nisa’ and she is seven years older than me. Although we are siblings, we have some different characteristics and personalities.

My sister has black wavy hair, but she dyed it brown. She is 160 cm tall and has long legs. Her skin is tanned because she likes to travel. She also has nice facial features. Her face is small, with round eyes and a pointed nose.

People like to see her smile and laugh because she has gumm

Y smile. My sister is pretty but she always denies it. She is also kind to everyone. She likes to buy me food and ask me to the cinema.

Yet sometimes she can annoy my mother. She rarely cleans her room because she is quite busy. She often sleeps a lot on weekend due to her working schedule which is from Monday to Saturday.

My sister is a hard-working person who I adore so much. She is the type of older sister who can be relied on.

Denis : Yes, that’s true, especially during class hours he rarely pays attention to the teacher, he sleeps peacefully. Once the teacher reprimanded him because he always ate gum in class, so he was told to buy gum for one class.
